Description

You will manage property inspections, coordinate maintenance projects with landlords, and organize documentation for SpaceX's real estate portfolio. This role involves scope and deliver projects, source bids, and track lease metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years facilities or property management experience (or 5+ years without degree)
• Project or program management experience
• Good working knowledge of maintenance and management systems
• Excellent computer skills: Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
• Must be open to working extended hours and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Escort landlords, property managers, and insurance agents for property inspections
• Complete internal property inspections and identify cost-sharing projects
• Manage projects with facilities, construction, and security triggered by landlords
• Source multiple bids for maintenance projects and contracts
• Assist with document organization in Smartsheet, Confluence, and Yardi
