  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Engage prospects to understand needs and assess interest
  • Present product information and schedule appointments for Sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1+ year in business development or sales development role
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with desire to meet targets
