- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Engage prospects to understand needs and assess interest
- Present product information and schedule appointments for Sales team
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM
๐ Requirements
- 1+ year in business development or sales development role
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with desire to meet targets
