🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and coach CTMs to support skill development and performance.
• Provide oversight across clinical programs including trial oversight.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve CTM processes and KPIs.
• Ensure CTMs have appropriate training, tools, and resources.

📋 Requirements

• 10 years of industry experience in clinical research.
• Experience managing clinical aspects of complex global trials.
• Previous CTM line management experience.
• Working knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines.
