You'll lead CMMC and NIST compliance engagements for clients, conducting gap analyses and developing System Security Plans. Your work directly strengthens their security posture and regulatory adherence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead CMMC and NIST advisory consulting engagements.
• Conduct gap analyses and develop System Security Plans.
• Prepare and maintain IT security documentation and artifacts.
• Mentor team members on audit preparation and technical reviews.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in government compliance (CMMC, FISMA, FedRAMP).
• Strong familiarity with NIST Special Publications 800-series.
• Experience with risk management frameworks and security assessments.
• CMMC certification (CCP, CCA, or Lead CCA) required.
