You'll lead a market of multiple VEG hospitals in Denver, driving operational, clinical, and cultural excellence. Your core impact is empowering hospital leaders to deliver outstanding customer experiences while owning the market's P&L and fostering a people-centric culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive multiple hospitals ensuring operational, clinical, and cultural excellence
• Coach and guide hospital leaders to drive growth and performance
• Build deep relationships with referring veterinarians and community partners
• Own and manage the market's P&L, evaluating financial performance

📋 Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience
• Proven multi-site operational leadership experience
• Analytical skills with creative propensity to identify opportunities
• Live close to Denver hospitals and able to work 75% on-site
