You'll lead payroll operations for Poland within Remote's global payroll team, ensuring accurate and compliant processing. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end payroll execution for Poland.
• Validate payroll inputs, calculations, and post-payroll processes.
• Act as subject matter expert on Polish payroll regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• Mid-senior career experience in Polish payroll operations.
• Hands-on responsibility for end-to-end payroll processing in Poland.
• Experience managing payroll in multi-country environments.
• Strong understanding of payroll controls and compliance.

• Experience working in remote or globally distributed teams.
• Additional languages are a plus.
