You'll assist with all phases of litigation for a large federal agency office, handling high-profile cases. Your work will involve trial prep, document review, and database searches to locate evidence. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to government innovation with a supportive team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with all phases of litigation including trial prep
• Review and analyze documents for evidence
• Use electronic databases for document review and tagging
• Draft review memos and litigation documents

📋 Requirements

• J.D. degree or currently attending an ABA-accredited law school with at least two years completed
• Active member of the Bar in any U.S. jurisdiction
• At least two years of progressively responsible experience on litigation support projects
• U.S. Citizenship

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with civil litigation, especially complex federal cases and jury trials
• Hands-on familiarity with ESI tools and eDiscovery procedures
