You'll drive renewals and upsells for our mid-market SaaS clients, managing the full sales cycle for Bazaarvoice's leading user-generated content platform. You'll partner with marketing, IT, and legal stakeholders to deliver high-ROI solutions and build lasting relationships. This role offers the chance to impact a global client base in a hybrid work environment with a world-class team.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Defend and sell high-ROI solutions
- Drive discovery dialogue to uncover customer pains
- Partner with client marketing/merchandising to find decision makers
- Manage pipeline and communicate proactively with leadership
๐ Requirements
- 1+ years experience in SaaS or Internet marketing
- Ability to identify target accounts and formulate renewal strategies
- Proven ability to articulate value propositions and demonstrate ROI
- Experience using two-way discovery to match solutions to customer needs

- Selling into marketing departments up to CMO level
- Understanding of social media and its business impact
