🎯 What You'll Do

• Audit AI maturity and define transformation roadmaps
• Design and deploy agentic codegen, review, and migration workflows
• Integrate AI agents into CI/CD pipelines and developer IDEs
• Measure transformation impact with productivity and quality KPIs

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years combining tech and consulting experience
• Engineering degree or equivalent in computer science
• Proven dual expertise in coding and strategy/consulting
• Fluent English and French communication skills
