🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and manage a clinic community program including newsletters and referral initiatives.
• Develop and run educational webinars on platform best practices.
• Analyze usage trends to identify underperforming clinics and build re-engagement plans.
• Monitor key health metrics to flag at-risk accounts before churn.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-5 years of experience in Community Engagement, Growth Marketing, or similar client-facing role in SaaS.
• Comfort with data: pull reports, spot trends, translate into action.
• Experience building community programs or customer education initiatives.

• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools.
• Experience with customer health scoring or churn prediction frameworks.
• Prior experience in a high-growth startup environment.
