You will drive enterprise sales of Cast AI's cloud automation platform, managing complex deals with CTOs, VP Engineering, and FinOps leaders across India. This role involves outbound prospecting, value-based selling, and closing large contracts.

Requirements

  • 10+ years as an Account Executive in enterprise segment
  • 4+ years with MEDDPICC or similar sales qualification methodology
  • Proven ability to navigate complex multi-threaded deals involving CTOs and VP Engineering
  • Ability to translate complex technical products into business ROI narratives
  • Outbound obsession and rigorous pipeline hygiene

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Opportunity Assessments to identify viable leads
  • Engage in Value Discovery to align solutions with client needs
  • Demonstrate unique value of offerings effectively
  • Ensure Value Delivery through meticulous implementation
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing
