Lead the ad operations team to ensure seamless execution, optimization, and client satisfaction for digital advertising campaigns. You will conduct quality assurance, troubleshoot ad serving issues, drive process improvements, and collaborate with clients and teams to uphold industry best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in ad operations with deep understanding of campaign setup, trafficking, optimization, and reporting across ad servers (CM360, Flashtalking, Adform) and ad verification platforms
• Hands-on experience with at least one ad server and ad verification platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough quality checks on assigned tasks, identifying and resolving complex ad serving issues
• Perform root cause analysis for escalations to prevent future occurrences
• Monitor and update process-related documentation, ensuring adherence to procedures and compliance
• Handle critical client and account communication for timely issue resolution
• Collaborate with managers and Account Managers to ensure alignment across teams
