🎯 What You'll Do

• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative, passionate team.
• Create buzz and customer engagement through product promotion and social media.
• Provide leadership on operational tasks like payroll, scheduling, and merchandising.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience.
• Effective communication, time management, and operations skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Experience with BOPIS and curbside pickup.
