💼 About This Role

You'll fabricate, weld, and build complex prototype hardware for Anduril's defense product portfolio. You'll partner closely with engineers to translate evolving designs into functional parts. This role offers the chance to mentor teammates and shape shop standards in a fast-paced R&D environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Fabricate and weld parts for prototype and development hardware.
• Operate fabrication tools and equipment safely.
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Mentor teammates and support new team members.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of welding experience using GMAW, FCAW, or GTAW.
• 10+ years of metal fabrication experience in R&D or aerospace.
• 10+ years of sheet metal fabrication using press brakes and shears.
• Experience reading blueprints and technical drawings.

✨ Nice to Have

• Waterjet or laser cutting experience.
• CAD experience, especially SolidWorks.
• Experience supporting prototype builds and development hardware.
