You'll lead the Canadian Sales Engineering team at Telesat, ensuring they design, cost, and support sales of GEO and Telesat Lightspeed LEO services. You'll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to achieve revenue objectives while managing team performance and budgets.

• Lead and mentor the Canadian Sales Engineering team
• Attend meetings with Sales and Customers to ensure solutions meet needs
• Oversee post-sales implementation efforts
• Create and manage departmental budgets

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field
• 8+ years experience in Sales Engineering or similar customer-facing technical role
• 3+ years experience leading or managing technical teams

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with satellite communications systems
• Knowledge of IP networking, latency, QoS
