Description
You will foster strong relationships with EAP providers, unions, corporate employers, and workplace wellness programs to connect employees and their families to Charlie Health's virtual intensive outpatient mental health services. You'll design tailored outreach strategies and serve as a trusted partner to workforce stakeholders, reducing barriers to care and ensuring seamless collaboration.
Requirements
- Reside in California, Utah, Arizona, or Nevada
- 5-8+ years proven sales experience, with overachieving KPIs preferred
- Experience working with unions, employers, and EAPs
- Thrives in fast-paced startup environment; highly self-initiated
- Ability to travel regionally with reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Develop go-to-market strategy for Labor, Union, and Employer partners
- Build and manage relationships with EAP stakeholders, HR leaders, and benefits managers
- Conduct cold outreach, educational meetings, and presentations to raise awareness of services
- Conduct in-person field outreach 3–4 days/week, leading meetings with employer-based stakeholders
- Synthesize feedback from partners to inform marketing and product strategies
