💼 About This Role

You'll own the architecture and configuration of Multiverse's HR tech stack (HiBob) while driving operational excellence across the employee lifecycle. Your impact will be building scalable, automated workflows that improve employee experience and support company growth. This hands-on role combines deep HRIS expertise with strategic leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and document end-to-end people workflows (onboarding, role changes, performance cycles, offboarding).
• Configure and optimize HiBob platform modules and workflow automation.
• Architect system integrations between HiBob and payroll, ATS, finance, and benefits systems.
• Manage the HR ticketing system including SLA frameworks and intelligent triage.
• Establish data governance standards and conduct regular audits for accuracy and compliance.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in People Technology or HRIS administration.
• Deep, hands-on HiBob expertise including configuration and workflow automation.
• Proven track record delivering HRIS implementation or optimization projects using agile methodologies.
• Experience managing HR ticketing systems and driving SLA-based service delivery.

• Experience with AI-powered HR tools or agentic workflow automation.
• Exposure to other Tier-1 HRIS platforms (Workday, BambooHR, Personio).
• Background in People Analytics or HR data reporting.
