• Provide dedicated IT support for multiple clients across industries.

• Configure and support Mac OS and Windows devices.
• Manage identity platforms like Okta and Google Workspace.

📋 Requirements

• 3-4+ years of experience in an IT-focused role
• Experience with Mac OS and Windows
• Customer-service oriented with strong communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in a computing related discipline
