You'll drive national growth by securing new retail partnerships in the convenience store channel. You'll identify high-potential markets and open accounts with excellence in merchandising. You'll serve as the frontline brand ambassador in new markets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Director of Sales to identify key regions for new accounts
• Secure new retail partnerships with independent and small-chain convenience stores
• Open accounts with excellence in merchandising
• Serve as frontline brand ambassador owning initial sales cycle

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of CPG sales experience
• Proven track record in field sales within convenience retail
• Knowledge of DSD systems and convenience retail dynamics
• 90-100% travel availability across Southeast region

• Fluent in Spanish
• Experience with marketing activations and sampling events
