🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop predictive models to identify high-value users.
• Apply ML/statistical models to measure causal impact of marketing.
• Build personalization solutions for onboarding, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Develop churn models to drive retention strategy.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years industry experience and advanced degree in quantitative field.
• Expert in machine learning modeling for growth strategy.
• Hands-on experience building, deploying, and maintaining production ML models.
• Expert in SQL and Python.
