Description

As Deputy Project Director at Bronx Legal Services, you'll collaborate with the senior management team to oversee operations, support fundraising and board relations, supervise unit directors, and ensure high-quality legal services to low-income clients. You'll step in for the Project Director when needed and help advance the organization's mission of fighting poverty and seeking justice.

Requirements

• Proven track record in management and staff supervision
• Strong commitment to the mission of Bronx Legal Services
• Experience in fundraising and board relations
• Ability to represent the organization externally
• Leadership skills to foster a collaborative team environment

Responsibilities

• Function as Project Director when needed
• Cultivate relationships with clients, government officials, and community organizations
• Support fundraising and development of a fundraising plan
• Expand Pro Bono initiatives and collaborations
• Supervise Unit Directors and develop leadership within the team
