Description

As a Data Analytics Lead, you'll partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve customer support experience by leveraging analytical expertise, designing frameworks, and delivering actionable insights. You'll define metrics, build dashboards, and evaluate product features via A/B testing.

Requirements

• Degree in quantitative field (statistics, economics, applied math, operations research, or engineering); advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years hands-on technical data science or equivalent analytical role in high-growth startup
• Ability to translate unstructured business problems into clear requirements with minimal oversight
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for breaking down large datasets
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations to achieve business goals
• Develop frameworks and scalable processes for decision-making and prioritization
• Define metrics and build dashboards to track strategic initiative success
• Design A/B tests and execute analyses to evaluate new features and operational improvements
• Monitor KPI performance and present findings to senior leadership
