You'll drive API adoption for global CPaaS solutions at Vonage. You'll ensure customers achieve business objectives through relationship management and proactive engagement.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Understand customer goals and develop success plans.
• Monitor usage patterns and identify expansion opportunities.
• Act as voice of customer, collaborating with internal teams.

📋 Requirements

• Fluent German is required.
• 2+ years in Customer Success or similar customer-facing role.
• Familiarity with APIs and cloud communications.
• Experience in a SaaS or technology-driven company.
