🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary contact for IRCTC, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities like premium seats and travel insurance.
• Analyze booking trends and customer behavior using Google Analytics and SQL.
• Monitor competitor strategies and recommend counter-tactics.

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years in partner management, business analytics, or travel tech.
• Strong negotiation skills with experience managing B2B partnerships.
• Proficiency in data tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI).
• Knowledge of IRCTC’s systems, APIs, and rail-ticketing workflows.
