💼 About This Role

You'll deliver third-level technical support for NATO CIS services and IT/Data Management, ensuring service availability meets defined targets. Your work directly supports NATO's critical communication and information operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide advanced (3rd level) technical support for NSATU CIS services
• Perform fault diagnosis using IT/Data Management Services Management System
• Execute and validate backup/restore procedures for IT devices
• Collaborate with stakeholders for coordination of support and maintenance

📋 Requirements

• CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent
• In-depth knowledge of VMware vSphere (ESXi, vSAN, vRealize, NSX)
• In-depth knowledge of Veeam Backup and replication 9.x
• Proficiency in Windows Server 2012R2/2016 and Active Directory

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with HP MSA storage
• Knowledge of Exchange Server 2013/2016
• Familiarity with DNS management on Windows Server
