Description

You will direct resident care, collaborate with physicians and multi-disciplinary teams, and provide physical and psychological support to residents and families in a senior living community focused on person-centered care.

Requirements

• Graduate of approved nursing program
• Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• CPR certification
• 6 months direct care nursing practice desired; long term care preferred

• Recognizing the autonomy and dignity of all elders
• Understanding how to place decision-making in the hands of the elders
