You'll serve as a key resource for complex tax issues and client relationships, while developing team members. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Review and approve tax returns for accuracy and completeness.
• Delegate tax preparation tasks to staff within budgeted time.
• Participate in client meetings and tax planning efforts.
• Coach and train tax staff to support their development.

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in public accounting with progressive tax complexity.
• 1 year supervising tax preparers.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
