🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead Yellow and Green Belt projects to improve KPIs
• Identify and implement process improvements cross-functionally
• Analyze operational data with Excel, SQL, Tableau
• Drive change initiatives for new technologies and systems

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations
• 3–5 years in manufacturing or high-volume fulfillment
• Proven experience in Lean Methodology and tools
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Grafana, Tableau, or SQL

• Experience with Low-Code/No-Code Platforms like PowerApps or AppSheet
• Agile Practitioner certification
• Familiarity with AI tools and digital solutions
