💼 About This Role

You'll drive growth for Level-Funded and ICHRA products in the Northeast US, building broker relationships and exceeding sales targets. Your core impact is advancing Gravie's mission to transform health benefits for small and midsize businesses.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Achieve annual new business sales goals for Level-Funded and ICHRA products.
  • Develop regional sales plans targeting brokers and mid-market employers.
  • Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to close.
  • Represent Gravie at industry events and broker meetings.

📋 Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of health insurance or employee benefits sales experience.
  • Proven record of exceeding quota.
  • Deep understanding of Level-Funded and/or ICHRA plan designs.
  • Pre-existing broker relationships in the assigned region.
