You'll be the go-to resource for resolving issues with empathy and urgency, ensuring a white-glove experience. This role offers a chance to grow in a fast-paced, supportive startup environment.

  • Manage inbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Assist with eligibility and enrollment in benefits and perks
  • Resolve inquiries related to payroll, time, and tax documents
  • Manage open cases in CRM to resolve inquiries promptly

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4 years minimum professional experience in customer service
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or contact center environments
  • Strong customer service instincts and comfort handling challenging situations over the phone

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with HR, benefits, or payroll concepts
  • Experience with CRM software
