Description

You will lead the development, integration, and operation of a cutting-edge SAR reconnaissance satellite constellation. This role involves orchestrating all aspects of a multi-year programme from design to operations, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and managing budgets and risks to achieve strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in programme/project management within the space industry
• Demonstrated success managing complex, multidisciplinary projects from concept to delivery
• In-depth knowledge of satellite development lifecycles
• Expertise in programme management methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project)
• Eligible for German 'Ü2' Personal Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction and management for the SAR satellite constellation
• Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams from partner companies
• Ensure successful integration and testing of satellites and constellation
• Develop and control integrated master schedules and cost baselines
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate programme risks
