🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end optimization cycles: research to rollout.
• Perform deep funnel analysis and competitive benchmarking.
• Design high-quality UI/UX mockups for tests.
• Analyze test outcomes and build systematic testing roadmap.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years hands-on CRO experience with subscription or SaaS funnels.
• Strong UI/UX design skills to create detailed mockups.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Growthbook.
• Fluent English with clear communication skills.

• Exposure to marketing attribution models and ROAS measurement.
