You'll complete and review Quality and Suitability Rubrics for K-12 math courses against TEA standards. Your work will directly impact instructional materials adopted by Texas schools. This contract role offers flexible remote work and the chance to shape mathematics education statewide.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Complete Quality Rubrics for assigned mathematics courses with evidence
• Review and validate rubrics for accuracy and TEKS alignment
• Analyze instructional materials for quality and usability
• Document findings with specific evidence citations

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years K-12 teaching experience in Texas public schools
• Familiarity with TEA instructional materials approval process
• Expertise in Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) for mathematics
• Ability to evaluate instructional materials against established criteria

• Previous experience completing TEA Quality or Suitability Rubrics
• Curriculum development or instructional coaching background
