💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of operations personnel supporting autonomous sidewalk robot deliveries in Washington DC. Your core impact will be coaching, training, and performance monitoring to ensure efficient commercial operations. You'll serve as the link between engineering and operations, driving process improvements at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire, coach and develop team members daily.
• Support daily operations of field agents and robots.
• Conduct one-on-ones and ongoing coaching.
• Monitor staff performance against KPIs.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years hiring and managing a team of 5+ employees
• 3+ years in field operations/delivery/logistics
• Valid US driver's license
• Ability to lift 70 lbs

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Economics
• 3+ years of Customer Resolution & Support
• Familiarity with G Suite (Google Docs/Sheets)
