You'll own programs that turn customer advocacy into scalable acquisition, accelerating referral programs, activating reviews, and tapping emerging channels. Using AI, you'll surface high-intent advocates and personalize outreach to drive measurable growth. This high-visibility role offers the chance to optimize a mature program while building net-new capabilities.

  • Manage and develop the growth marketing team.
  • Evolve Gusto's customer referral program end-to-end.
  • Build and run a rigorous experimentation roadmap.
  • Scout, pilot, and scale emerging acquisition channels.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 10+ years of growth marketing experience
  • 3+ years in a people management role
  • Success building and scaling referral programs
  • Working knowledge of paid acquisition channels

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Salesforce, Amplitude, redash
  • MBA or quantitative background
