You'll own programs that turn customer advocacy into scalable acquisition, accelerating referral programs, activating reviews, and tapping emerging channels. Using AI, you'll surface high-intent advocates and personalize outreach to drive measurable growth. This high-visibility role offers the chance to optimize a mature program while building net-new capabilities.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage and develop the growth marketing team.
- Evolve Gusto's customer referral program end-to-end.
- Build and run a rigorous experimentation roadmap.
- Scout, pilot, and scale emerging acquisition channels.
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years of growth marketing experience
- 3+ years in a people management role
- Success building and scaling referral programs
- Working knowledge of paid acquisition channels
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce, Amplitude, redash
- MBA or quantitative background
