🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct daily rounding and prescribe medications or treatment plans.
• Address acute and emergent issues in skilled nursing facilities.
• Communicate with facility nursing staff via phone or secure messaging.
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.

📋 Requirements

• Active U.S. license and board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA).
• Qualified specialty in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, General Practice, PM&R, or Geriatric Medicine.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
