Description
In this high-impact role, you will define and execute marketing strategies for critical product areas at MongoDB. You'll work with cross-functional leaders to build go-to-market plans, solve complex problems, and influence senior leadership, all while driving business outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B technology, cloud, or enterprise software
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with high-level outcomes
- Strong data-driven judgment and ability to assess risk tradeoffs
- Excellent communication skills to influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders
- Deep understanding of technology fundamentals, ideally databases, cloud infrastructure, and developer landscape
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end marketing and enablement strategies for high-impact product areas
- Develop data-driven GTM strategies including positioning, messaging, and persona development
- Identify and decompose complex business problems, driving cross-functional consensus
- Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders, presenting plans and risk assessments
- Mentor team members and share best practices to elevate the product marketing organization
