🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain AP/AR ledgers and ensure accuracy
• Process invoices, payments, credits, and adjustments
• Reconcile discrepancies and resolve variances
• Prepare customer invoices and follow up on balances
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Proven experience managing AP/AR functions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with accounting software like QuickBooks Online

✨ Nice to Have

• Multi-state sales tax filing experience
• Working knowledge of GAAP
• Exposure to ERP systems beyond QuickBooks
