🎯 What You'll Do

• Streamline recurring recruiting reports to eliminate manual data wrangling.
• Translate talent data into insights on bottlenecks and hiring efficiency.
• Build data pipelines linking recruiting data to employee lifecycle systems.
• Develop self-service dashboards to increase access to HR data.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in HR Analytics with data engineering proficiency.
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and Workday.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like One Model, Visier, or Looker.
• Comfort querying data with SQL, R, or Python.
