💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end systems engineering lifecycle for RF payload and product lines, from requirements capture through verification. You'll also lead configuration management process establishment and ensure baseline discipline across programs. This role offers deep technical ownership on a small, fast-moving team developing next-generation RF systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Elicit and manage operational concepts and mission-level requirements with customers.
• Author and execute V&V plans, test procedures, and test reports.
• Lead system design reviews and maintain requirements traceability.
• Establish and manage the configuration management process and baselines.
• Support hardware-software integration and resolve integration anomalies.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of systems engineering on defense or aerospace programs.
• Experience authoring systems engineering artifacts (ConOps, SRD, ICDs, V&V plans).
• Hands-on experience with Configuration Management process and CCB participation.
• U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.

✨ Nice to Have

• RF systems engineering experience (link budgets, antenna design, signal chain).
• Background in Electronic Warfare (EW) systems or SIGINT/ELINT payloads.
• Familiarity with MBSE tools (Cameo, SysML) and CM tools (Windchill, DOORS, Jira).
