Description

You will work with the founding team and skilled engineers to shape the future of AI-enabled Security/Observability platforms, integrating cutting-edge AI/ML technologies into the Cribl product suite to solve real customer problems. You'll design, train, and evaluate ML models, run rapid experiments, and translate academic advances into production-ready systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS, Math, Statistics or related field with 5+ years experience
• Deep hands-on experience training and evaluating ML models including language models
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Familiarity with MLOps tooling (e.g., MLflow, Weights & Biases, Kubeflow)
• Solid understanding of modern NLP, computer vision, and/or reinforcement learning

Responsibilities

• Design, train, and evaluate machine learning models
• Run rapid, iterative experiments to test hypotheses and drive model improvements
• Collaborate with researchers and engineers to translate academic advances into production systems
• Build and maintain robust ML pipelines for data ingestion, feature engineering, and model training
• Contribute to a culture of rigorous experimentation and document findings
