🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead product definition for the deployment AI agent suite
• Write skills, build agent workflows, and deploy iteratively
• Define architecture and sequencing of agent handoffs
• Partner with ops and engineering to translate workflow friction into capabilities

📋 Requirements

• 4–8 years of product experience
• At least 2 years working on AI or platform
• Hands-on with Claude Code or similar AI tooling
• Proven ability to own ambiguous 0-to-1 initiatives

• Side projects or experiments showing building passion
• Experience in regulated finance or mortgage servicing
• Strong intuition for current AI capabilities and limits
