🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and maintain production-ready assets across digital platforms
• Prepare clean, organized, and scalable design files following conventions
• Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and maintain accuracy
• Participate in design QA and asset validation

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Production Design or Visual Design
• Advanced proficiency in Figma
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
• Experience with design systems and brand guidelines

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with global brands or agencies
• Familiarity with Sketch or Adobe Illustrator
• Motion graphics or basic animation experience (After Effects)
