💼 About This Role

You'll own core U.S. benefits operations—auditing data, reviewing vendor billing, and responding directly to employee questions—while partnering closely with cross-functional teams. You'll play a key role in maintaining a strong, reliable benefits foundation as the company grows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Audit and maintain accurate U.S. benefits data across Workday and vendor systems.
• Review and reconcile benefits vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Serve as front-line resource for employee benefits questions.
• Maintain benefits elections, eligibility, and configurations in Workday.

📋 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in benefits administration or HR operations.
• Experience supporting U.S. health and welfare benefits and/or retirement plans.
• Hands-on experience with Workday including transactions, configuration, and audits.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with data and reconciliations.
