Description

You will own the performance oversight and analytical monitoring of shipping across carriers, markets, and shipment types. Analyze shipment and carrier data to identify trends and issues, interpret operational signals, and translate findings into clear insights for internal teams. Act as the go-to shipping expert, driving improvements and supporting product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in shipping and logistics within an e-commerce or marketplace environment in the EU
• Strong understanding of carriers, shipping products, customs flows, and exception handling
• Strong analytical skills with comfort working independently with data
• Ability to translate complex operational findings into commercially relevant insights
• Experience as an individual contributor in a cross-functional environment

Responsibilities

• Own performance oversight and analytical monitoring of shipping across carriers and markets
• Analyze shipment and carrier data to identify trends, recurring issues, and unexpected changes
• Interpret carrier statuses and tracking events, translating them into clear internal insights
• Act as shipping expert for Commercial Operations, supporting Sales, Customer Service, and Seller Enablement
• Work with Product and Engineering to implement, improve, or fix carrier integrations and shipping tooling
