Description

You will supervise the month-end close process, SOX compliance, and quarterly/annual audits for international entities. You'll also drive process improvements and collaborate with finance and non-finance partners to provide insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 8-12 years combined public accounting (Big 4) and private industry at a public company
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience
• Solid knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, SEC regulations, and SOX/internal controls
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft tools

Responsibilities

• Perform GL month-end close activities, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations for international entities
• Review areas such as T&E expense, intercompany, prepaids, fixed assets, and expense accruals
• Prepare and review balance sheet and P&L fluctuation analyses
• Supervise, train, and develop the Manila accounting team
• Evaluate processes and systems, identifying and implementing improvements
