💼 About This Role

You'll own the roadmap for the ANYmal robot platform across families, working at the centre of engineering, customer needs, and commercial priorities. You'll shape how advanced robotics technology becomes scalable industrial products that succeed in real customer environments like offshore platforms and chemical plants. This senior individual contributor role acts as a senior partner to the CPO on one of the company's most important product areas.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and drive the roadmap for the robot platform across core robot families.
• Lead the platform through key lifecycle stages from definition to evolution.
• Drive alignment and decision-making across R&D, Operations, and Commercial teams.
• Partner with Commercial and Marketing teams for product positioning and launches.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience leading complex hardware-software products.
• Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• Strong technical fluency in robotics or adjacent systems (sensing, compute, autonomy).
• Proven track record owning roadmap and product trade-offs from definition to evolution.

• Experience applying robotics in real industrial or field-deployed settings.
• Familiarity with industrial safety standards (ATEX, IECEx, CE, ISO).
