You'll play a key role in the Technology Investment Banking group, supporting senior bankers on strategic assignments like M&A and public offerings. You'll develop financial models and collaborate with deal teams. This role offers direct client exposure and involvement in live transactions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop financial models for client-specific projects.
• Collaborate with industry team from analysts to managing directors.
• Support business development activities of senior investment bankers.
• Attend client meetings and interact on transactional issues.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years investment banking or transaction finance experience.
• Bachelor's degree with minimum 3.5 GPA.
• Have executed at least one deal from start to finish.
• Possession of Series 79 and 63 licenses.

✨ Nice to Have

• Interest and curiosity in the Technology sector.
• Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• High level of financial knowledge (modeling, macroeconomics).
