You'll lead the company's trading business, formulating overall strategy and overseeing all trading operations including spot and derivatives trading, liquidity management, and system optimization. Your core impact will be driving trading volume growth, improving efficiency, and enhancing competitiveness in the digital currency market. This role requires in-depth understanding of digital asset markets and rich trading management experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Formulate long-term and short-term trading strategies and business roadmap.
• Oversee daily trading operations including order matching and trade settlement.
• Establish and improve trading risk management system and controls.
• Build, manage, and develop the entire trading team.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of digital asset trading or financial trading experience.
• 5+ years of senior trading team management experience.
• Proficient in digital asset trading strategies and liquidity management.
• Familiar with global regulatory requirements (FATF, MiCA).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in compliant digital currency exchanges or fintech companies.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, Series 7).
• Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
