You'll lead Last Planner System® implementation for semiconductor construction projects in Chandler, AZ. You'll drive collaborative planning and continuous improvement across project teams. This role offers the chance to influence culture and performance on complex industrial builds.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate LPS® planning meetings and interfaces
• Manage constraint identification and removal
• Lead pull planning and look-ahead sessions
• Monitor planning performance and address risks

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of construction experience
• Strong understanding of Last Planner System®
• Construction execution leadership experience
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing construction
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 or similar planning tools
• Ability to lead planning on complex, fast-paced projects
